Order Minimums -

The minimum order for all is as follows:
0 – 5 miles radius      No Minimum
6 – 30 mile radius      $150.00 minimum order
31 – 50 mile radius    $300.00 minimum order
51 – 125 mile radius  $600.00 minimum order

Freight Charges:  Any customer not meeting our minimum order will be asked to pay a delivery charge of $15.00 if the customer wants delivery via our own fleet in our delivery area of Columbus Ohio and the surrounding suburbs .

   All orders can be shipped via UPS/USPS at the customers expense.  All freight charges for UPS/USPS will be prepaid and added to the invoice   We will pay freight / ship “free” to anywhere in the Continental(48) United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) to any customer that places an order of $1500.00 or more.

UPS/USPS Shipments - For any item to be shipped UPS/USPS, there is a $2.50 added charge for packaging and handling costs. 

Delivery Schedule - We guarantee to deliver any order the same day in the Columbus, Ohio market area under the following conditions.
1) Customer must be in good credit standing.
2) Customer must call in or notify us before 10:00 AM .
3) Product must be in current inventory.
4) This is for emergency needs / orders only…..not to be abused.
  Our normal lead time is typically next day, with very few orders having a two day lead.

Payment Terms - Payment terms are assigned by credit risk. Payment terms shall range by customer. The terms range from C.O.D., P.O.R., NET 15, NET 30, 2%10/Net30.

Past Due Accounts – Any account with past due amounts longer than 30 days are subject to a 1.5% per month finance charge. (18%APR)

Returned Goods Policy - If you must return a product to The Paper Barn, We ask that you do the following:
 1)  Contact us before you return the product. The driver is not allowed to accept any
          returns unless authorized by management.
 2)  Merchandise must be defective or it must be in full case quantities only. No
         merchandise will be accepted in less than full case or order quantities.
 3)  Special Order merchandise is NOT returnable. 
 4)  Returns are only accepted for items purchased within the last 30 days. 
 5)  We ask that you allow us reasonable time and effort to replace any damaged or
      defective product.
 6)  Any item that you or your company representative mistakenly ordered is subject to a
      return handling charge of 15%.

Backorders & Substitutions - It is our normal policy to automatically backorder any merchandise not in stock. Substitutions, when available, will be made by management in the event that logistics have changed for that type, style or size of product. Substitutions will be made by replacing product with an equivalent or better product at your regular price.

MSDS & Hazard Communications – If you need an MSDS communication on any product that we sell in our inventory, Please feel free to call, write, email or fax us and we will be more than happy to send it to you in a timely manner.

Guaranties & Warranties - All manufacturer warranties are passed directly to the customer/end user. All merchandise is sold without warranty or liability of any kind except as expressly stated on, packaged with, or accompanying said product. Customer satisfaction will be our goal. In any event that a product or merchandise does not perform to the customers satisfaction, allowances will be made. In no event will The Paper Barn be held liable for any special, consequential or punitive damages. The Paper Barn’s liability on any claim for loss, damage or arising out of, or connected with sale, resale or use of any products shall not exceed the selling price of the product or part therein involved with the claim.
